Central Florida Code Camp 2008 Contribution Information
Thank you for your interest in supporting this year’s code camp. Please review the contribution descriptions and respond to sterner@gmail.com indicating your level of support. Once we receive a response we will confirm your desired donation level and send you an invoice. All payments are due prior to the event in form of cash or check (payable to Orlando Net User Group). Contribution Descriptions
Bronze Contributor Benefits - $150
• Listed on Code Camp website
• Listed on all Code Camp announcement emails sent to our members
• Listed on Code Camp program and flyers
• Announced at Code Camp closing keynote
Silver Contributor Benefits - $500
• Includes all Bronze benefits
• May donate prizes for end of event raffle. Contributors may keep the raffle tickets with printed attendee information.
• May provide marketing material in event bag given to each attendee upon arrival
Gold Contributor Benefits - $1000
• Includes all Silver benefits
• One table in exhibitor area near registration and food, chairs and 110v power access
Breakfast Contributor Benefits - $300
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Bronze benefits
• May provide marketing material in event bag given to each attendee upon arrival
• Will provide very visible signage at the breakfast table from 8am – 11am (contributor may provide additional signage)
Lunch Snack Contributor Benefits - $300
(Publix has provided subs for lunch but we would also like to have some other side items with the sub such as chips, fruits, veggies, etc.)
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Bronze benefits
• May provide marketing material in event bag given to each attendee upon arrival
• Will provide very visible signage at the lunch snack table from 11am – 2pm (contributor may provide additional signage)
Afternoon Snack Contributor Benefits - $300
(cookies and/or ice cream)
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Bronze benefits
• May provide marketing material in event bag given to each attendee upon arrival
• Will provide very visible signage at the afternoon snack table from 2am – 5pm (contributor may provide additional signage)
Drink Contributor Benefits - $400
(water, juice, coffee, tea, soda)
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Bronze benefits
• May provide marketing material in event bag given to each attendee upon arrival
• Will provide very visible signage at the drink table from 8am – 5pm (contributor may provide additional signage)
Friday night Pub Club Contributor Benefits - $800
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Gold benefits
• Contributor may attend pub club event
• Held at local restaurant for speakers; usually about 25 people (6pm)
Saturday night Pub Club Contributor Benefits - $1200
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Gold benefits
• Contributor may attend pub club event
• Held at local restaurant for attendees (6pm)
Polo shirt Contributor Benefits - $2000
• Limited to one contributor
• Includes all Gold benefits
• Company logo on polo shirts to be handed out to speakers, contributors, and volunteers
Merchandise Contributor Benefits
• Benefits will be bronze, silver or gold based on approximate value of items donated |
